Shipping & Delivery

DodgerzDen fulfills all of its frozen product orders in special insulated containers with dry ice  and we use UPS and FedEx to ship. We ship from a Midwestern location so that orders should arrive in three days or less. Frozen orders received before 12 PM CST or CDT  are processed the same day. We do not ship product over the weekend, so if you wish to  order in the middle of the week and want it to arrive that same week, please be sure to specify Two Day or Next Day Air  when ordering.  We guarantee everything will arrive fresh. We deliver only within the continental U.S. and can not deliver to PO boxes, APO's or FPO's.

Carriers (UPS and FedEx) are instructed to leave product at the front door unless otherwise instructed by the customer. Product is guaranteed to remain fresh in the containers in which is is delivered until the late evening of the actual delivery date. If you decide that you prefer to have the material hand delivered, please make a notation when ordering and ensure a recipient will be available.

Returns & Replacements

Please understand that due to the temperature sensitive nature of frozen product that ships from DodgerzDen, returns can not be accepted. However, replacements and credits can be provided if spoilage or damage to the product has been determined to be caused from a DodgerzDen, UPS or FedEx error. We can not provide a refund or replacement if the incorrect address is printed on the shipping label so please ensure that the correct shipping address is entered when ordering. Also, we can not provide a credit or replacement if  a request was made by the customer that a recipient is required and spoilage occurs as a result of no recipient being available. Returns of  non-frozen product can be returned at eGourmet Solutions, 16500 E. Truman Road, Independence, MO 64050. It is best to contact DodgerzDen first to verify acceptance of returned goods.
